When we think of barrels, we typically think of whiskey, but so many different spirits get aged in barrels now. Some are classics, and some are more innovative. Two of our products, the Dark Reserve Rum and Barrel Finished Gin, are barrel-aged as a part of their production process.

The gin gets a lighter age of around 10 months, giving it a golden color and a touch of oaky sweetness on the finish. Our rum gets aged for 2+ years in the barrel, bringing out more of the buttery flavors and complementing the vanilla and caramel notes from the barrel.

These products are unique on their own, or great mixed into cocktails for a barrel-aged spirit alternative. You can sample these spirits, pick up a bottle, or try them in a cocktail in our tasting rooms!
