Our Cocoa Bean Vodka has been very popular since we launched it in our tasting rooms over a decade ago, and now we are finally ready to release this to be sold online!
The Cocoa Bean Vodka uses our Wheat Vodka as the base, and we add dark cocoa nibs and navel oranges to infuse into the vodka for 3-6 months. Once the infusion is done, we strain the cocoa nibs and oranges, bottle it up and it's ready to drink! Because we don't add any sugar to this spirit, it has a nice natural bakers chocolate flavor and finishes with a touch of citrus from the oranges.
We suggest pairing this vodka with coffee flavors in drinks such as an Espresso Martini or a White Russian. It also pairs well as an easy 2 ingredient drink with cream soda, or if you love chocolate martinis this is a great base to build on for a rich chocolate cocktail! Espresso Martini
- 2 oz Cocoa Bean Vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz espresso
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Add your ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, give everything a good shake, and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a couple of coffee beans, and enjoy!
White Russian
- 2 oz Cocoa Bean Vodka
- 1.5 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz half and half
To a rocks glass, add the Cocoa Bean Vodka and the coffee liqueur. Add ice and mix ingredients, then top with half and half.
Chocolate Martini
- 2 oz Cocoa Bean Vodka
- 1 oz chocolate syrup
- 1 oz half and half
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, and give everything a good shake. Strain into a coupe or martini glass, and enjoy!
Cocoa & Cream
- 2 oz Cocoa Bean Vodka
- 4-6 oz Cream Soda
In a tall glass like a Collins or Highball, add the Cocoa Bean Vodka with ice, then top up your glass with cream soda.
