We're gearing up to reopen our seasonal tasting rooms in Leland and Mackinaw City for the summer! In Leland, we'll be open on the weekends starting May 3rd, and Memorial Day weekend we'll open up Mackinaw City and Leland full time back to our regular summer hours.
What's New?
If you haven't been to our tasting rooms since last year, we'll catch you up on what's new to try before you buy.
- Lando Malt Whiskey
- Solera Bourbon
- Ole GeORANGE Rye Whiskey
- We have new merch with updated hoodies and t-shirts for purchase
What Else To Do
Both Leland and Mackinaw City are beautiful places to visit in the summertime! If you're planning to head to one of our tasting rooms, but don't know what else to do when you get there we can help you out.
Leland
- Visit Fishtown. This is a cute little village a stone's throw from our tasting room, which is located in the heart of Leland. There are boutiques, restaurants, and the famous Dam Candy store if you're looking for something sweet.
- Go to the beach. Van's Beach is the public beach here and it's a gorgeous spot to hang out for the day. The sand is white and the rocks are colorful for those who love to collect rocks.
- Winery hopping. The Leelanau Peninsula has a ton of wineries to tour and do tastings. Our tasting room is great for those who need a palate cleanser from the wine, or for those who would rather skip the wine altogether and are just along for the ride.
Mackinaw City
- Mackinac Island. This seems like a pretty self-explanatory one, but the reason most people are in Mackinaw City in the summer is to take the ferry over to stay on the island.
- Mackinaw Crossings. If you find yourself wanting to kill some time in Mackinaw City, the mall where our tasting room is located, Mackinaw Crossings, has shops to peruse, local wine-tasting rooms, and restaurants.
- Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse. Before you cross the Mackinac Bridge, there's a beautiful lighthouse in town that was used to protect ships from the treacherous crossing of the Mackinac Straits.
Check out our other tasting rooms around the state to find one close to you this summer!
