New Spring Cocktail Menu

It's that time of year again when the sun starts setting later, the weather starts warming up, and we bring out our refreshing spring cocktails. Our new Spring Menu is officially live at our downtown Traverse City tasting room on Front Street, and we're featuring some brand-new cocktails and some classics we bring back every time the weather starts getting nice! See below for the full recipes on our new spring features

Blackberry Mojito

Blackberry Mojito

  • 2 oz GTD Silver Reserve Rum
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 oz blackberry syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice

In a highball glass, add your mint, blackberry syrup, and lime juice. Muddle the mint leaves until fully expressed, then add the Silver Reserve Rum. Add ice to your glass, top with soda water, and garnish with a lime wedge.

Hot Honey Bourbon Smash

Hot Honey Bourbon Smash

  • 2 oz GTD Bottled in Bond Bourbon
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 oz hot honey syrup (2:1 ratio dilution of hot honey to water)
  • 1 oz lemon juice

In a shaker, add the mint, hot honey syrup, and lemon juice. Muddle the mint until fully expressed, then add the GTD Bourbon. Add ice and give everything a good shake, then strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig, and enjoy!

Amaro Spritz

Amaro Spritz

  • 2 oz Amaro
  • 2 oz Sparkling Riesling
  • Soda water

In a wine glass, add the Amaro and Sparkling Riesling. Add ice, top with soda water, and garnish with an orange wedge.

Hot Honey Bee's Knees

Hot Honey Bee's Knees

  • 2 oz GTD Barrel Finished Gin
  • 1 oz hot honey syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice

In a shaker tin, add all your ingredients with ice. Give everything a good shake, strain into a coupe or martini glass, and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Strawberry Lemon Mule

Strawberry Lemon Mule

  • 1.5 oz True North Rye Vodka
  • 1 oz strawberry syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ginger beer

In a copper mug, add the vodka, strawberry syrup, and lemon juice. Then add ice, top with ginger beer, and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Elderflower G&T

Elderflower G&T

  • 1.5 oz GTD Peninsula Gin
  • 1/2 oz elderflower tonic
  • soda water

In a highball or rocks glass, add the gin and elderflower tonic. Give that a quick stir before adding ice and topping with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy!
