If you're a Rye Guy, then we've got you covered! We have 5 different rye-based whiskies that all have that unique peppery quality that you only get from a good rye whiskey.
Ole George Rye Whiskey
- A Bottled in Bond whiskey aged for 4 years in new American white oak barrels. There are prominent notes of pepper and spice with a lingering sweetness from the barrel aging.
Double Barrel Ole George
- This starts as the standard Ole George, then gets moved to a French oak barrel for an additional 18 months creating a stronger oak sweetness with a very smooth finish.
Maple Ole George
- This rye whiskey starts as our standard Ole George whiskey, then gets moved to a barrel that previously barrel-aged maple syrup for another 5 years. The residual maple from the barrel creates an earthy sweetness with a touch of maple.
Solera Rye
- Our Solera Rye starts aging for 4 years in a new American white oak barrel, then half the barrel gets transferred to a high vanillin French oak barrel for 1 year, then half of that goes into a Cognac barrel for 1 more year. This process of fractional barrel aging creates deeper oaky, vanilla, and cognac notes and matures this whiskey drinking closer to a 9-year aged whiskey after the 6-year process is complete.
Isles O' Rye
- This mash bill consists of 80% local rye and 20% peated malted barley from the Islay region of Scotland. The added 20% of peated malted barley creates a nice smokey flavor to complement the earthy peppery flavor of the rye whiskey.
